Bruschetta Cups

Yield: Makes 24 appetizers

 Bruschetta Cups


  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • olive oil
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Brush cups of a mini-muffin pan with olive oil.
  2. Place wonton wrappers in cups and then brush wontons with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
  4. Combine cream cheese and garlic.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  6. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in bottom of each wonton cup.
  7. Just before serving, add a teaspoon of the tomato mixture on top of cream cheese.
