Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Gravy


  • 6 each boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp. granular garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow or white onion
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained


  1. Season boneless, skinless chicken breasts with granular garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix together the chopped onion, chicken broth, soup, evaporated milk and sliced mushrooms. Pour over the chicken breasts. Cover; cook on low for 8-9 hours.
