Roasted Asparagus

Simple to prepare with lots of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, washed and trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the spears (may need a little more), then lightly toss spears to coat.
  4. Place garlic slices on top of asparagus and season with sea salt and pepper.
  5. Roast for 15- 20 minutes until crisp-tender.
