Grilled Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce


  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
  • sea salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley , finely chopped


  1. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with sea salt & pepper. Grill, skin-side down, over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, stir together milk, cream cheese and dried dill, stirring constantly until cream cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes. Add fresh parsley to the sauce and pour over salmon fillets just before serving.
