Grilled Peaches

Yield: serves 4.

Fix these on the grill or the stove top. Either way, it's a fun way to add summer fruit to your diet.


  • 4 each peaches, cut in half (skin on)
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil and mustard.
  2. Brush the cut side of the peaches with mixture and place them cut-side down on the grill.
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until peach is warmed through and softened.
