Deviled Eggs

This is a basic recipe for an American favorite. Add your own twist to it by changing the spices or adding relish or another diced vegetable.


  • 6 each hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • dash sea salt


  1. Remove the yolks from the eggs and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the prepared mixture.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or sprig of fresh parsley.
