Cilantro Lime Rice

Serving Size: Serve 6-8.

This easy to make side is perfect for Mexican dinners.


  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice


  1. Bring water and sea salt to a boil.
  2. Add rice, and allow to return to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce the heat to low.
  4. Cook until all of the water has been absorbed.
  5. Let the rice cool slightly, then add the lime juice and cilantro.
