Baked Cod

Serving Size: Serves 4.

A family meal that comes together nicely. Add some steamed vegetables or a tossed salad to round it out.


  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly brush the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil, and lay the cod fillets in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the fillets.
  4. Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
