Turkey Sliders
 

These come together quickly and are fun to eat. Serve them as dinner, or make them a game-time snack.

 

1 pound    ground turkey
1 each       egg
½ cup        bread crumbs
1 clove      garlic, minced
1 tsp.         granular onion
2 Tbsp.     Dijon mustard
                  sea salt and pepper to taste
1 dozen    dinner rolls, cut in half
                  olive oil for brushing
                  your favorite burger toppings (shredded lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, relish, cheese, ketchup, mustard, you get the idea)

Mix together turkey, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, mustard, salt and pepper. Form into 12 small patties that are about half an inch thick. Grill until cooked through.
 
Brush the cut sides of each dinner roll with olive oil and toast lightly. Place a turkey burger on the bottom of each dinner roll. Serve open-faced with your favorite burger toppings.
