Roasted Asparagus

Simple to prepare with lots of flavor.
1 pound asparagus spears, washed and trimmed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the spears (may need a little more), then lightly toss spears to coat. Place garlic slices on top of asparagus and season with sea salt and pepper. Roast for 15- 20 minutes until crisp-tender.
