Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

2 cups half and half
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir constantly so that the pumkin mixes in completely and does not scorch. Once heated through, remove from heat. Store creamer in the refrigerator and shake well before each use.
