2 Tbsp. flour
½ cup milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter, at room temperature (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a saucepan, mix flour and milk into a paste. Cook over medium heat until think, stirring almost constantly. Let cool. In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter until creamy. Add milk mixture and beat until creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
