Cilantro Lime Rice
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
½ tsp. sea salt
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh lime juice
Bring water and sea salt to a boil. Add rice, and allow to return to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook until all of the water has been absorbed. Let the rice cool slightly, then add the lime juice and cilantro. Serves 6-8.
