The Most Important Meal of the Day....

... doesn't have to be boring or predictable.  Whether you have the time for a special Sunday brunch or are looking for a quick and healthy way to start your day, we have the recipe for you!  I start most of my days with the breakfast smoothie, but weekends bring the extra time for Oven-Baked French Toast or Buttermilk Pancakes. 

Mom Tip:  If you are making French Toast or Pancakes, double the batch and freeze the extras.  They can be reheated for a quick weekday morning breakfast to help everyone get the day going.
