Baked Cod

A family meal that comes together nicely. Add some steamed vegetables or a tossed salad to round it out.
Baked Cod
1 pound cod fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. dried dill
sea salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil, and lay the cod fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the fillets. Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Serves 4.
