1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. lean beef (top sirloin steak), sliced thin
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
4 ea. scallions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce
8 ounces (1/2 package) angel hair pasta (I used a whole wheat variety, and the kids loved it!)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, Add beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Add the broccoli, ginger, and garlic to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and stire in the stir-fry sauce. Add cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Makes 4 servings.
