  • 1 1/4 pounds flat iron steak
  • 2 tsp. fajita seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 each tomatoes, sliced


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks on both sides. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, then let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
